Under Graduate level - B.A. and B.Com.
Post Graduate level - M.A. , M.Com. and D.C.S (Self finance)

The academic year is divided into terms:
The first term/semester commences in the second or third week of June and ends in the third or fourth week of October.

The second term/semester commence in the third week of November and end in the third week of April.

The actual dates for both terms/semesters will be announced on the college notice board.

The college will close for Diwali vacation at the end of the first term, and the summer vacation at the end of the second term.

The college will also be closed on Sunday, public holidays declared by the Saurashtra University.

Examination :

Generally Examinations are held at the end of the second term normally March first week. as DCS is having semester system Examinations are held at the end of each semester.
